IMPORTANT: Reminder to send out your accommodation notifications for the upcoming Fall. You can find step by step instructions under the Student Tab by selecting Process for Current DAS Students. You can also access our video tutorials on the process under the Video How To’s Link. You can make your requests as soon as you would like. We do not release all the notifications until 2 days prior to the start of classes to ensure they don't get overlooked. Please call our office if you have any questions.

RETURNING, GRADUATE STUDENTS, AND STUDENTS WITH INTERNSHIPS/CLINICALS: Please don't forget to set an appointment with our office to discuss any adjustments to accommodations, clinical or internship accommodations, or Graduate School accommodations as early as you can before the start of the Fall 2025 Semester. This is necessary if you have not updated your accommodations that you received as an undergraduate as they may not translate over to graduate courses very well. For returning students that took a semester or more off, you will need to meet with us to re-activate your accommodations.

Students if you have transferred to another NMSU campus or are coming from another NMSU campus, please call our office to notify us so that we can assist with transferring your accommodations to your new campus accessibility office.
